Very sorry to know that you are upset with the 2 minutes phone call we ever had. I don’t have a rental application from you nor have any prior knowledge about you; we just discussed the lease breakage possibility on one of my rentals. I never tried to qualify you for the rental nor asked any personal information/your eligibility during the call. As you stated in the review, you expressed that you are new to landlord managed rental properties and asked for details. Your review confirms that you got the answer for your query, but it appears the response that you received was not that you expected/wanted and you are portraying me “unprofessional and rude”. I believe we had a very friendly, composed conversation with no one being rude; still not sure what caused the frustration to depict me “unprofessional and rude”. I totally respect that you can write what you felt; but I believe nothing has happened to write all these. You even referred me to your friend after this call, later she contacted me asking the rental properties in this area. It is quite surprising to see a review like this. Hope you re-think and edit your review with true and honest information.
