PLEASE read all of my other reviews! Each client has a different level of need for guidance and explanation. I had NO idea whatsoever these clients were dissatisfied in any way until I read this review. Inventory was very low when they were looking, which was why I didn't make a lot of recommendations - we were all working from the same new listings. I recall that I was late twice - for very good reason and with notice. I try to be very respectful of my clients' time. I value my reputation and work hard for each of my clients; needless to say, this review is very disheartening. I sincerely apologize, but what is the saying - "You can't fix something if you don't know it's broken." (?) I still wish them well – they are very good folks - and hope they enjoy their home – it is a gem and they got it for a great price, too!
