    We never received the completed move in inspection form from Letha and Thomas Uzenski, even though they agreed upon in their contract to return it within 7 days of moving in. We notified them of this via email and facebook. We were NEVER notified of ANY smoke detector issues with our property and would've promptly responded to any issues, just like we did with hiring an Electrician and AC Repair man. We simply cannot repair what the tenant fails to report. We received the request for due diligence refund, dated December 15, 2017 and refunded them. We also included pro rated rent for the time they couldn't use the home. A fire is a devastating thing- we are glad you had renters insurance in place to replace your belongings.
