#1) Property was bought for $179,900 and 6 months later you decided to sell. Our commission structure was less than all other competitors. We brought you multiple offers and you sold the property for $205,000. We never missed a beat in communication. Correct, you signed the seller documents early but that is standard in our industry. We provided you with a net sheet that matched everything we talked about and you made a nice profit in a short period of time. #2) You were never homeless and Match Realty Group made sure of this. We drove to Shawano from GB. We picked up the key to the new home and made sure you could move in early. We even found that your husband locked you out of your home and you sat there for 8 hours without calling him. We took care of that problem too.
