This property has been rented for 15 yrs and this was the only bad tenant experience I have had. After only 2 months tenant purchased a dog while in a lease with a no pet policy without asking prior permission. I offered to let you out of the lease with NO penalty. I also did not charge rent for the 1st week of January to help. Refused to return keys when you moved out. Was mad I would not return deposit before you moved out. All I asked in return was to leave the home in the condition it was when you moved in. The damages done in 2 months time was unbelievable. Doorbell was missing, holes the size of a fist in walls, hole in flooring, burn marks on walls, burned countertop, dog chewed window sill, coloring on walls, hair dye on brand new flooring, clogged up kitchen sink and garbage disposal with stuff that would make you gag. DIRTY! You did receive what was left of your deposit after damages were repaired. I didn't even charge for all damages.
