We had a long discussion about the market, home search, strategies, inspections prior to touring homes. It's very important to me to meet & discuss the whole process in detail with my clients! (This also included a discussion about a home warranty & that it was an option for buyers if you wanted to add one during the purchase process) I was responsive throughout the whole process & when the plumbing issue arose after closing I responded quickly & advised you of who to contact. The inspector you chose during the process missed this item & you responded that he was coming to complete the repair. I sent the original bid for the GFCI item and had communicated with you that I was waiting for the electrician to get the final receipt that showed payment. After the multiple lenders you had connected with throughout the process - 2 weeks prior to closing you decided you wanted to change lenders again and one of my local lender partners was able to come in and save the day and we closed on time!
