Hello there! It's disappointing to hear that you found our interactions less than satisfactory. There must have been some confusing because you did indeed reach out to my office about a listing for an apartment at 116 Park St. in Boston's Fenway neighborhood. You sent us this inquiry on February 15th 2019 at 2:22pm. Perhaps you were on one of the many websites that advertise our listings and simply clicked on a button that submitted your interest request to us. Nonetheless, you presented a list of criteria that I did my best to accomodate. Unfortunately, it is quite difficult to find an apartment in Brookline ("the closer to downtown the better") for $3,000 that is appropriate for families as many, many units are filled to the brim with undergraduates whom I'm sure you wouldn't like to share walls with.
