Emmanuel, I find it very disingenuous of you to write a review like this. You are your agent were fully aware that we had a hard closing date to respect and that your financing was not in place in time to buy the property. As a result, I missed the opportunity of selling my property. I even offered to transfer your deposit towards the rehab of another property of yours and never heard back from you until I saw this review.
