Your rental cabin was listed in the MLS on 8/31/2017. Just 38 days later you accepted a FULL PRICE offer with an agreed closing date of 11/3. You later decided not to close as you had originally agreed. I negotiated an extension until 11/13. On 11/13 you locked the buyers agent and myself out of the property prior to the scheduled walk through. You were still not ready to close. Another extension was negotiated. Your property closed on 11/15/2017. From listing to closing there were a total of 165 text messages, 80 emails and no less than 15 phone calls between us. These communications kept you updated on all activity. There was NEVER an agreement by me to be present or to have someone from my company present during third party showings. Your “instruction” for this came at the end of the transaction after the Buyer's Appraiser visited the cabin. No one else associated with this transaction visited the cabin without my presence until closing. These are the facts.
