As said on the googlemap posting by this person, I have a duty to uphold "utmost good faith and loyalty" to my clients. I've seen more scam ESA paperwork than legit. I would not be doing my job correctly and I would be violating real estate license law if I were not vigilant to cull false documents for ESAs on behalf of the landlords for whom I am their agent. I love animals, I have pets and I support people having non-human companions 100%.
