Thank you for the feedback. I got the call an hour before appointment. I needed required information and address to homes clients wanted tour first. We are required to have buyer brokers agreement and pre approval before tours under new NAR rules. It was raining that early Sunday morning and by the time I received some of the necessary information it was 20 minutes til appointment time. The real time touring request are booked automatically and it’s anew feature on Zillow. As I was rounding the Corner to pull up to property. Client was ready to leave and very unkind. I simply did as I’m required by law and ethics. I chose to let client find a less professional agent. I went on to church service.
