Benjamin needs to do some homework. I tried my best to help - but it's illegal to live in a shed or shipping container not built to code for a residential dwelling and without water or septic. I suggested that he call Klamath County Planning to learn what he can do and not do based on land zoning. I hope he did that. Sometimes you have to tell people what they don't want to hear and they blame it on you (please don't shoot the messenger).

This person was unreasonable with the price she wanted, and the value of her land. I had 2 signs stolen from her land.
