Pablo, I’m sorry you felt this way towards your experience with me. As you know, our primary form of communication was via call and text on my personal number. You sent a message about going out to the house with your contractor to an app, which I mentioned to you I don’t get push notifications on. Regardless, when you called and told me you were at the home, I told you I would leave right away to meet you but I was on the other side of town 30 minutes away. In the meantime I reached out to the seller who was kind enough to mention his son was nearby and could come and open the door for you while I made my way to you. But at this point you stopped all communication with me and stopped taking my calls, but I did leave you a voicemail letting you know about this information. However, I was disappointed to learn from the seller that your intentions were to cut out your agent in exchange for a 3% reduction, which the seller declined. I understand that you are upset that the seller won’t sell you the home, but I’m not sure what exactly you’re asking from me, as I did immediately send you a termination of the contract when you requested it. If you had picked up my phone calls, I’m sure we would’ve been able to work it out.
