I enjoyed working with Emily & Jonah in their search as a first time home buyers and am disappointed to know that they were not happy with my assistance. It appears that there was a breakdown in my communication. Being in multiple offer situations can be very confusing and stressful and I hope they are able to find the home of their dreams.
