Love this! I do try and go the extra mile and thank you for noticing. It all worked out so well with the closing, no repairs, over ask and being under contract in just a few days! And growing up on the next street~ I have a deep love for Lyndhurst. The plan worked and thank you for letting me guide you. I do not often suggest sellers leave for a few days while we showed the house and I am glad you did! With a large and young family and the amount of showings I knew we would get~ it would have made day to day life very hard on you. AND you got a mini vacation! Shannon
