Hi Alicia, Thank you for sharing your opinion, however this is not the service I provided. One thing I will never do is force a client into a sale, each client must make sure that this is the purchase they want. There were other properties that I outright told you were not the right properties for you, so commission is a part of every sale because that is how agents are compensated, but most importantly I value my name in this industry and the care that I have for my clients. I would never pursue an attempt to damage anyone's reputation due to personal frustrations. Prior to the sale of this property, we looked at rental comps together, you confirmed with the previous owner rental rates, and you confirmed with a friend of yours. I sent you the actual listings and I cannot make up listings. All you consulted with confirmed this was a good investment. Markets change. As a Realtor, unfortunately I cannot guarantee how quickly someone would want to rent a specific place at your desired rental rate especially with the tenant expectations that you had. As a Realtor I cannot engage in any discriminatory expectations. At under 3 weeks on the market, we removed the listing and it you relisted with another agent. I'm sorry that months later you desired to come to the internet to share this untruth, but I do understand. I loved the gift and card you gave me on closing day and know that we had a good relationship at closing. This review should be based upon the sale of property, not the leasing of it which I didn't do. Things don't always go our way, but our response shows our true character!
