I never worked with this individual since his needs did not match the property, with the landlord not allowing pets. He insisted on being shown this property and wanted more details, whereas, Covid19 Guidelines,requires the process of showing to Prequalified prospects He was explained that the landlord would not allow pets. He said he owns 3 cats and a dog , which the Landlord won't allow,however he refused to accept the limitations that landlords can set for their rental properties and became flustered and agitated. This individual clearly took exception to the information shared with him about the Process being followed in Prescreening prospects and the Landlord's requirements. Understanding a prospects needs is the first step in being able to help them, and most people would understand this, however this person chose to blame the agent for telling them the truth. Thankfully there are far fewer instances like this, and I continue doing my best to serving the needs of those who are looking to make their move a positive experience for all concerned.
