We were very open and honest to Jennifer and her significant other throughout the whole process and via our contracts so not sure why all of a sudden the review, she wasted tons of time and efforts with other investors and with us she knew upfront what we were doing and prior to that we recommended she relist her property to get more money but she wanted to bypass that so again surprising, but in this business we notice that people are just ungrateful.
