Mr. & Mrs. Kluth, I respectfully disagree with your testimonial From All 182 homes SOLD in Lynbrook, your home was sold for the HIGHEST PRICE. After your home was expired with no offers, I listed it and got you 4 Great Qualified Offers. $750K, $770K and two at $775K. Unfortunately, the bank appraised it at $750K. We didn’t lose the buyer. We negotiated $15K more for you. After that your home had a title problem, which had to be resolved by you and cost you extra time and money. We negotiated with your buyers, that they are taking a financial loss to resolve permits and successfully closed the transaction on 11/21/18. I’m not ashamed for the job was performed for you by me, my assistant, our secretaries & cooperative brokers because all the time we were in communication with you. Everything was resolved quickly. I want to thank everyone who helped me close this difficult transaction. Thank you for the business. Happy and healthy New Year for you, your family and God bless you. ??
