    Hatch Property Management is a growing Real Estate Firm in the DC area and with that comes growing pains. We have been adding full time staff members to help the flow of communication to owners and tenants be more prompt and regular. Property managers have a contractual agreement with owners to manage their investment property and enforce the lease agreement. It may seem to a tenant that we are not advocating with them if a lease term is enforced which they do not like. We understand that balancing the owners desires and the tenants comfort is a delicate task to complete while keeping both parties happy. I am always available by phone or email which you can find on this website or my company website. While I don’t have any tenants (past or present) by the name of Mitch, I think this review was created by a person using a fake name.
