It’s always a treat to work with clients who are super detail oriented. Every morning you were ready to start the day with real estate. It can be challenging to get answers from HOA’s and sellers who are not invested, but you stayed firm on your requests for information and repairs, and ultimately we got as much as we could from them and at a good price. I know you have remodeling plans to spruce things up. Keep me posted on the progress. I’m sure the results will be great!
