Unfortunately, you are one in the many of idiots that do not read the ad!!! The purpose of" REQUIREMENTS" is so that Renters can know what is expected. The ad clearly stated " Please read before calling" Did they not teach you that in "COLLEGE"? READ!!!! apparently NOT in your case. And YES I know what a Guarantor is . Its for people like you who apparently did not pay very close attention in school and can not get a real high paying job to pay for an apartment on their own.! It is clear that you wasted your parents money on this so called "college education" , so you might want to look into get a COMPLETE REFUND because they have not taught you a thing!! . And lastly I AM NOT AN AGENT dear I am a Investor/Developer ...you know...or do you? Definition: people that have money because they have paid attention in school and obtained a real education to prepare for life! But I thank you for your input. I'll make sure its in a safe place in the garbage can for future reference...
