Surprised to see Jessica post this after a year of moving.Darren & she stayed in our home for 2 yrs. Beautiful home in a great area. Carpet:New. Part of deposit kept for damages.Charges assessed less than cost to bring home back to rentable condition. Travertine baths+marble foyer+granite counters+hdwd floors+3level deck+whirlpool tub, aren’t “cheap repairs/upgrades”.Windows: all new except 1. Rating of bad response time isn’t fair.The day she notified us re: HVAC, we delivered several space heaters (she refused to return).HVAC fixed w/in 48 hrs.Nobody could’ve done it faster. A shame b/c we tried to make their stay/departure as comfortable as possible.We cleaned every cabinet, window & door, sealed deck, hand scrubbed hdwd & tile floors & basement.We pay attention to cleaning details b/c we want tenants to have easiest/best move-in experience.She didn’t return it clean.We worked through charges w/them reducing it further.Not sure what else we could’ve done other than absorb all losses
