We recently discovered some internet reviews of our company and we’re saddened to read this negative review. Everyone at Solutions Realty Network apologizes for each unpleasant experience shared on this site. Property Management is a difficult business and there are times when we simply can’t satisfy both the property owner as well as the tenant. That being said, we are having a staff meeting to discuss some of the issues brought to light that we absolutely can control. We will use your feedback to remind ourselves that even in the busiest moments, we should consider how our efforts are being perceived by those we are servicing. So thank you for sharing your negative experiences with us, understand that we do take your feedback seriously and will use this as a tool for our improvement. Of course, like any other business, we’d prefer to hear of these experiences directly, so we will work to encourage more open communication so that hopefully we can solve an issue far quicker.
