I'm sorry you were not selected for the property you wanted and I can see how this affected you. You were in an extreme hurry to know if you could rent the property despite you did not submitt all the documents required to you. I was honest with you letting you know that after I waited for your incomplete documents almost 2 weeks, a qualified applicant completed the process first. I responded to all your constant messages, voice mails and emails in a timely manner but selection is based entirely on documents received.
