As stated in all of our previous responses to this guest, everything stems back to the rental agreement that was signed on 01/27/15. The rental policy can be viewed on our website which highlights the agreement. In this agreement it clearly states if the tenant does not follow the check-out procedure, there will be a minimum charge. There is no cleaning option - the standard cleaning of someone who checks out properly, is paid by our owners. This tenant was charged a cleaning fee due to improper checkout. In regards to itemizing the costs of all cleaning fees and lamp fee, at the end of our conversation I specified you were charged $75 for the additional cleaning and $75 for the broken lamp. It's unfortunate you had items stolen during your stay. This is not common for Mexico Beach. I respectfully disagree with your opinion of my professionalism.
