Contact from May 2016 I am sorry. I was not clear enough that I could not help you with properties that were in parts of Colorado that I do not service, some more than 150 miles away. I suggested you find local agents to help you in each of those other areas you were looking in. I was not able to find you a lender who works on Section 8 Home Purchases, nor was I able to find what the loan requires are, in order to find you a home that meets those requirements in my area. I was also not able to find another real estate agent for you, who better understands that process. After our first conversation about credit, we agreed you should get a Pre Approval Letter from a lender you were talking with, which you were not able to do. I am glad to hear you have now found an agent to work with and I hope that you find that perfect home soon! Best of luck, sorry it did not work out.
