Rose Apartments LLC

My husband and I own and manage this old Church building that has been changed into an apartment house, containing 7 apartments.  My husband is a retired Pastor and I have been his assistant for the past 48 years.  Our wish is to provide fine, clean housing provision at a reasonable price for folks who need to be near Penn State. The apartment project is our only retirement income and we want to make it a success.
