Contracted with HomeNation for simple removal and installation of 2 standard size self storing storm doors. Paid 50% down which was $750. Promised installation FOUR times - each time was a no show with subsequent "apology". Requested refund of deposit after not being able to contact thru website, email, or main phone line. Was promised expedited refund via UPS with same apologetic song and dance. Still waiting for that expedited refund.
