Hi Maryam, I'm really sorry to hear that you feel this way. The market has changed dramatically since you bought your unit. There were multiple Offers when you made your Offer. You would not be in your house now if you hadn't offered what you offered as there were multiple Offers. I never make my buyers do anything. Buyers make their own decision as to whether to sign a contract. As a fiduciary I always put my clients interests ahead of my own. Rates have gone up since you bought reducing the number of buyers that can afford to buy thus causing home prices to drop in some areas. The market will turn around as it always does. You're in a very desirable town and an excellent location. I am confident that I worked harder and was more patient with you than most agents. I continued to work tirelessly with you after closing. I am an excellent agent and have many testimonials to that effect. I have buyers that have bought with me sometimes 3 times. I'm truly sorry that you are unhappy with your home and experience. I care about my relationships with my buyers and I'm disappointed that you are unhappy with my services. I've never received this kind of feedback before. Wishing you all the best.
