This person asked me to put together a lease as she would like to rent the property. She then changed her mind. I simply told her she wasted my time and to not apply to my properties again. She posted this review over 2 years later. BS story.

Non-stop complaints from day 1. As soon as she moved out I raised the rent by $200, to the market rate, and have had zero complaints from the new renters. We have 80 properties and have been in business over 15 years. Top 5 worst renter.
