Unfortunately, this is a false review, and this is not even Bernard. This is someone who was selling a home on his behalf who set up an appointment with me to view the property, and they didn't show and told me they lost the keys. I politely said no problem let me know when I can come back, and I would happy do so. I have never met this person and yes, it maybe a bit rude to write a review about someone lively hood after you wasted gas, time wear, and tear on someone's car Unfortunately I have respect for people and don't treat people unfairly.
