David Sturgeon and I met in mid-December 2017 and began viewing properties. He told me that he would not make a quick decision. I was pro-active in describing to him the current market conditions in mid-February, in one of many text messages. He withdrew from his home search in mid-February due to a possible relocation. He called me in late March and re-entered the market when there was virtually no inventory and many Buyers that were searching for the same kind of homes and in the same price range as he was. One of the homes that we viewed received 21 offers. While David's comments are unfair and inaccurate, I will learn from them and remain positive. Rather than focus on someone who feels the need to disparage others, I would like to thank the hundreds of loyal Clients and Customers that have been kind enough to allow me to assist them in buying and selling homes over the past 15 years and have referred me to their friends and family because of my knowledge, work ethic and integrity.
