    I contact Richard about a home that I was interest and He start to ask me if I was from NY , and many personal question that nothing to do with the home I was interest ,and then he said that the home that I was interest was in contract which I'd foun...

    In response to this review, I ask if his area code was NY because he first ask about a home that was completely out of my area. Absolutely, nothing met by my question because I have 40% of my client's are from NY & NJ from all nationalities. I take pride in my service and from my conversation with this person, he was dissatisfied with previous agents. He was obviously lied to when he asked someone about the listing he discussed with me. The property was under contract waiting for a closing date.

    did not deal with rich but another of his realtors ken williams , my house was on the market for 1 year with a few low and unreasonable offers , the agent didnt market the house and how do you sell so few homes and make a living , i am sorry i used...

    As Office Manager 1st: Seller's property was in PA, not NC. 2nd: Seller had two Offers presented during the listing period, one he accepted, but after inspections, He declined to make repairs and contract was void. 3rd: Actual count for sales last 12 months was 48 not 14. Finally, As Office Manager, I personally oversee ALL Marketing & Advertising & can verify that Ken paid OUT OF POCKET to market this property further, hosting several Open Houses, for Seller, even on Holidays. Seller knew Ken for years & had multiple transactions of real estate with Mr. Williams over the years (our Associate Broker), a highly respected professional, having 30+yrs of expertise in Real Estate, seated on many prestigious local Boards.
