Skyler, Your portrayal of out interaction couldn't be farther from the truth and is defamation. I listed your home for 6 months in 2013, and you finally sold in Sept 2017! If it takes 4 years to sell, its clearly the fault of the home & sellers unrealistic expectations. I told you that $149,900 was to high when comps your street are selling form $35k-$90k. I Also told you it was over improved for the area. I did tons of marketing, multiple open houses and had many showings. Unfortunately buyers thought it was over priced. The acquaintance you had contact me did like the house, but it was far out of her price range! Also her father did not think it was in a safe area for a young single girl to live alone based on crime statistics. If i recall, was it not crime rate & schools that made you decide to move to Hudson? She did buy one of my projects, however it was over $40k less then your home and 25 min away in Stow where she originally said that she wanted to live.

Not sure who you are, but I have never Listed or Sold a property in Arrowhead Beach, Or Kirtland Hills. Your online inquiry must have been for some other agent because that is not an area practice real estate.
