    This buyer bought a home with deferred maintenance that I advised her against. Then she hired a budget inspector. During the transaction, I negotiated over $15,000 in inspection repairs, including having the entire house re-sided. I personally paid for a sewer scope and radon test to ensure repairs were complete. Unhappy with her 1st inspector, she hired a 2nd, and we negotiated more repairs, although the contract dates had passed. All while her mother was threatening me and calling me names. At the end, the buyer considered not closing on the home. I never threatened her, I just informed her of the potential ramifications of reneging on a legal contract. The house appraised for $30,000 over the contract price. Buyer received $14,000+ in repairs, $3,000 in concessions, and $600+ in additional help from lender and myself. Lender, Seller, and I all went above and beyond to try to help her. Now she is here, attempting to harm my business by trying to convince you that she is a victim.
