This rental applicant came to view our Luxury Rental listing for $8000. After the viewing the home he demanded the price is to high and that we rent to him at a lower price. We informed him the owner would not reduce the price. He continued to call asking if we would accept his lower offer. We did not make him any promises, and did not have a lease to secure as the price he offered was not acceptable.
