You must be misremembering, after all it’s only been 8 years. I gave you a list of things to do that would make your house more saleable. Your husband was kind enough to do everything I asked. I had to use my creative photography skills to edit out your unused exercise equipment, that you left out in the living room. This all happened in 2010, (not 2011- you didn’t remember that either) “Open Houses” weren’t doing much then. Your house on Walton Rd., in Huntingtown, is here in my list of houses I’ve sold. You did use me again, because within 4 months you purchased another house in Huntingtown - 3195 Loring Dr. for $375,000.00. Guess what- it’s in the list of houses I’ve sold, here on the Zillow website, check it out people. You can go to the tax records and verify it. I do appreciate all the commission I made from your sales more then $14,000.00 not too bad. Mr. Chew was wonderful to work with, however you were not, but hey $14 grand is still great!
