Buyer contacted me on a property that was a cash only sale. He did not have cash. He also wanted to see it, but it was already pending with a cash contract and the listing agent wouldn't approve the showing. He wanted the condo questionnaire and resale certificate which we offered to help him with even though he wasn't under contract and not a normal practice. Additionally offered to send other properties that were available and he didn't want that either. My Team and I bend over backwards to inform buyers of owner occupancy rates and provide their lender with as much info as possible so we protect their interests and their money as much as possible.
