This was a sale with five (5) sellers that were all siblings with multiple competing interests among them. All four (4) of the other siblings were very pleased with my service and each individually called to thank me for my hard work, expertise, and patience. I received 2 gift baskets, a bouquet of flowers, and most decisively - multiple new client referrals. The house ended up selling for $30,000 over market value in a time when things were very uncertain in the early part of the global health crisis. I never made predictions (as claimed by the reviewer), I simply provided up-to-date market info (as is my job) so that the sellers could make the most informed decisions possible. The pending bid that was referenced by the reviewer came in AFTER we were already under contract with another buyer and additionally, it was an incomplete offer missing several necessary components. Of course, as most are aware, it is not legal to break a contract with one buyer simply to seek a higher offer with another. I go to the ends of the Earth for all of my clients and wish that the reviewer was more satisfied, but alas that was apparently not the case. I invite them to please contact me in the future, if they ever have any South Florida real estate needs, so that we may rectify in their mind the value of the top-notch service we strive to provide on a daily basis.
