Dear Jesus, Thank you for coming by my Open House today. It was a pleasure meeting you and your investment partner today. I had asked twice during your 30 to 45 minute stay while touring my sellers home if you had any questions. You two said no. While I was in the living room I heard water running and I did get very consider what was going on in the kitchen. I asked why you were running the water and you told me you wanted to check if there was any water leaks under the sink because you said there is water damage. As I mentioned, my clients had just replaced the garbage disposal on Friday. There is no leak. You could have asked me about any possible past water leaks, but you didn't. You and your partner said ok. So I asked you to please shut off the water and said you are more than happy to do a full home inspection if purchase the home and your offer is accepted. My job is to protect my clients home and property. I was only doing my job that my clients asked me to do. That's why they hired me. I am sorry you thought I was being rude. I would think if you were the seller of this home you would want your agent to protect your home and make sure no one is causing it any damage to it. I'm sure if you ask my clients, David and Michelle, they would happy that I was questioning what you and your partner were doing in the kitchen. Wishing you and your partner all the best.
