During our 6 phone conversations, we answered all questions in a timely manner. And were flexible in letting you view the property multiple times. Unfortunately, your requests for modifications to the property were not reasonable and therefore could not be accommodated. We did not receive return phone calls and information as required, including an application to rent the property. We strive to provide personal service, and often have many prospects say they want a property only to fail to follow through. Therefore we have to focus on legitimate, qualified candidates that validate their intent and interest by completing applications, which we never received in this case.
