    I have lived at bradberry park in perry for almost 13 years. I have only had to call maintenance maybe 5 times in all these years. They are extremely efficient. Most calls about laundry machines. The 3rd floor is recommended!! I hear nothing!

    We are sorry that you were unhappy with your experience. Our records indicate that you called in with air conditioning trouble Sunday night. We sent our maintenance man out Monday morning, and he determined we needed an HVAC professional. We had the HVAC guy we use come out to fix the unit on Tuesday. He determined that the compressor was unfixable, and he needed to replace it. He ordered it on Tuesday night, and installed it on Thursday.
