Thank you for your comments and I understand your frustration. This property was listed well below market value. As a result, there were mulitple offers well over the list price with an accepted offer pending closing. Until it's closed, I can not disclose the accepted offer price but it's much higher than the list price and very close to the amount recommended to you by my agent. Of course this is because the market supports this appropriate offer price. I'm sorry that even though you contacted my office to view one of my listings with one of my agents it wasn't more clear to you that you were viewing one of my listings.
