    The listing at 410 N Hickory shown on our Zillow profile, we successfully sold at our listing at the full list price of $95,000 with being under contract on it twice and a total of 2 days until first contract and a total of 10 days on the market until the second contract. For the contract to purchase we coordinated all repairs needed for FHA contract paid from closing proceeds without buyer or seller paying out of pocket for repairs that neither part could have reasonably done otherwise. Any estate sale is not an easy time and we worked to provide resources for title attorney, probate, Tenn Care Release, contractors, our teams contract to close coordinator, and solutions to ensure a successful closing.
