Gene, I'm sorry that you are unhappy with my services. Due to the intensely active market, getting you inside the home was a higher priority than doing the research, so I didn't have all your answers on site. As we discussed, the HOA requirements mattered more than the actual zoning of the property, but I offered additional research. Please also note - negotiations are difficult right now. Homes are selling for List Price or higher. Your initial offer of $34,900 less than List price, and your final offer of $14,900 less than List Price is just not being considered in this market. I'm sorry you were unable to agree to the Sellers Full Price counteroffer. I sincerely hope you're able to find an amazing home for your family!
