The are many facts both missing and inaccurate in this review. At the time the applicant applied for the unit, we had 3 pending applications for the unit. She submitted an incomplete application. We requested the missing information and were told we would receive it within an hour. The documentation never arrived. We never received any of her voucher documents either. Within a few days, the owner accepted an application for a move-in that would occur in 3 weeks. The applicant was informed, by email twice, that another application was accepted. Two weeks later, the person accepted for the unit, changed their mind and decided to rent a cheaper unit. We began our search for a new tenant again. Two weeks later, I received a letter from the reviewer complaining that we were being unfair. We invited her to complete her application and submit her voucher paperwork. She did not follow through, once again. Our company is 100% committed to Fair Housing Practices and we do not discriminate against anyone because of their race, religion, gender, sexuality or for having a voucher. We have placed many people that have vouchers. Matter of fact, I was placing a voucher in Bolton Hill at the exact time this applicant made her initial request.
