Thank you for the compliment. Your Mother's home was a delight to market and sell as it is a Ronchetti designed contemporary with commanding views stretching out to the Pacific Ocean. A true one of a kind, special property with clean lines and window walls. Although it was advertised internationally the buyers were from San Diego County and love it.
