Tony, I’m sorry we were unable to find a home that would meet your needs after getting a full price offer to sell yours. You didn’t like the homes you could afford and couldn’t afford the home of your dreams. I explained to you that comparing your home to sales in higher-priced neighborhoods instead of your own subdivision was not an approach any buyer or appraiser would take. That was made clear to you by the Realtors that listed it higher before me and didn’t sell it. You had concerns about the tax bill and that is something a real estate agent can't predict reliably so I connected you with the tax assessor's office. I gladly let you cancel the listing when you requested that and wish you well in the future.

I find your review's timing to be way off as I ended our agent-buyer relationship as of July 24, 2019. I had showed you many homes, almost 30 in total however, you were making advances at me and I did not feel comfortable in our working together. When I tried to part ways your exact words were ["If you truly feel we should part ways, so be it. Kinda thought we had a good working relationship. Oh well..."]. As far as offering $10,000 under and more, I had explained to you that this is a seller's market and you could not get the home for that low of a price. You were looking at homes on the water where the prices are higher due to the fact you are buying water rights. As far as referring relatives, I referred one person, my son, who was a handyman if you needed help. In parting, I had wished you luck in your house hunting and was nothing but cordial. I am a good realtor who is out for my client's best interests but I will not tolerate working under these conditions.
