    Brianna was professional and friendly. We looked at different units six months apart and she was just as polite the 2nd time, even though we hadn’t chosen the initial apartment. Our experience was very positive.

    They nickel and dime you for everything and the agent, Brianna is one of the most rude people after you move in. She belittles us and is condescending. Work orders are consistently disregarded if they are not emergencies and they have one underpaid...
